Samuel has been building software since 2010 and leading the people who build it since 2012 — three times as CTO, across fintech, travel, and technology consulting. He founded Two Five One in 2021 to do that work for companies that need the technical decisions made well, without a full-time executive to make them.
At Pago he led product and engineering for a fintech serving underbanked users across Latin America, where the AI fraud detection his team shipped cut fraud cases by 45%. Earlier he co-founded a SaaS platform that has helped hundreds of founders and C-level executives turn strategy into something measurable.
He teaches at Esade, tutoring final-year business projects, speaks regularly on engineering and entrepreneurship, and holds a degree in Informatics Engineering from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
