Samuel has been building software since 2010 and leading the people who build it since 2012: three times as CTO, across fintech, travel, and technology consulting. He founded Two Five One in 2020 to do that work for companies that need the technical decisions made well, without a full-time executive to make them.

He has led product and engineering for a Latin American fintech, where the fraud detection his team shipped cut fraud cases by 45%, and co-founded a SaaS platform used by hundreds of founders and C-level executives. He teaches at ESADE Business School and holds a degree in Software Engineering.
